Если я правильно понимаю, это Вильфранш-сюр-мер, тендерная стоянка. Для тех, кто уже бывал на ЛБ, в Ницце и Монако (хотя побывать там всегда приятно), как вариант можно рассмотреть посещение виллы Эффрусси-Ротшильд (моя давняя мечта), благо она находится неподалеку. Гугл мапс показывает 43 мин (3,2 км) пешком вдоль моря либо 27 мин на автобусе 81. Ссылка на маршрут тут

The Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild overlooks the Bay of Villefranche and the Bay of Beaulieu. It is located 10 kilometres from Nice and Monaco.
By road: access by the lower cliff road (RD6098). A free car-park is available on the site.
