The three festivals tall ship regatta 2018 will kick off in Liverpool with an epic four days of celebrations. The event will also coincide with the International Mersey River Festival, a three day celebration of Liverpool's rich and historic waterfront and maritime heritage.

Race 1. Liverpool - Dublin. 27th May - 3rd June 2018.

The first race eg of the regatta will take you on a four day voyage across the Irish Sea to Dublin. WIth specially positioned way points transforming the 120 mile direct route into a 300 mile race course, the voyage between two iconic cities will introduce you to an invigorating world of adventure like no other.

за три часа праздника для 60 человек = 3000 фунтов.

Volunteering and Working with Maybe Sailing
Tall Ship Maybe relies heavily on volunteers to work on board Tall Ship Maybe and Tall Ship Blue Clipper throughout the sailing season and during winter re-fit. You can volunteer for 1 voyage or for longer periods of time, all we ask is that you volunteer on at least one voyage during the season. If you are interested in volunteering with Maybe Sailing please contact frankie@maybe-sailing.com for an application form and for a list of volunteer opportunities throughout 2017 and 2018.

We are also always looking for delivery crew, a great way to build miles and gain experience at sea. We ask for a contribution towards meals on delivery voyages.

Terms and Conditions

When booking a voyage with Maybe Sailing you agree to accept a voyage under the terms and conditions set out below. This contract is governed by English law, and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts with regard to any claim, dispute or other matter arising in connection with the contract.

Maybe Sailing reserves the right to refuse any booking for any reason which in its opinion might affect or endanger the safety of sailing vessel Maybe or Sailing Vessel Blue Clipper and or any person or persons on board.

The fee payable covers a berth and food whilst on board but does not include travel to or from ports or personal travel insurance.

Maybe Sailing undertake to:
· Ensure that the vessel will be under the command of a suitably qualified individual, supported by the required crew.
· Ensure that all fire-fighting, lifesaving and safety equipment on board sailing vessel Maybe and sailing vessel Blue Clipper conforms to statutory requirements.
· Ensure that all risk assessments and policies are up-to-date and reviewed regularly.
· Ensure that all permanent crew are DBS checked or equivalent and that safeguarding training is provided to crew members.
· Within 2 weeks of commencement of the voyage, the date, time and place for embarking and disembarking sailing vessel Maybe or sailing vessel Blue Clipper will be sent to voyage crew.
· Maybe Sailing reserves the right to cancel a voyage for any reason beyond its control, including, but not limited to severe weather, which may endanger the safety of the vessel and the crew. Maybe Sailing will issue a credit note but otherwise accept no liability whatsoever.

As voyage organiser:
· Provide completed personal details forms at least 2 weeks before the voyage start date.
· Ensure all participants under the age of 18 have parental consent forms completed.
· Notify Maybe Sailing of any change in personal medical conditions of any participants between booking and commencement of the voyage, in writing.
· Accept the assigned berthing accommodation. Where possible assignments to cabins will be for all persons of the same gender. However, mixed gender cabin maybe necessary on occasion. Under 18s will always be in single sex cabins.
· Arrange adequate travel insurance.
· Accept the payment terms below.

PAYMENT TERMS
· Non-refundable deposit required within 7 days of the booking confirmation date.
· Balance of berth fee 30 days before departure.



INSURANCE
· Before sailing, I understand that I must be covered by a comprehensive insurance policy.
· Accidents or injuries directly attributable to sailing vessel Maybe or sailing vessel Blue Clipper or her permanent crew are covered by the Companies Liability Insurance. Liability may have to be proved.

CANCELLATION CHARGES
· At any time after payment of deposit – deposit non refundable.
· 14 days before departure – liable to 50% of voyage cost.
· Less than 14 days before departure – liable to 100% of voyage cost.

N.B. Voyage crew should refer to their own insurance provider to establish whether fees are covered.

Liability
Sailing can be a particularly dangerous activity in rough weather which may be encountered at any time during the voyage. Maybe Sailing shall not be liable to me for any damage, loss or injury consequential, direct, economic or indirect, arising out of, or in connection with the specified voyage. The Skipper and permanent crew of sailing vessel Maybe or sailing vessel Blue Clipper shall have no responsibility for failure of the vessel to complete the voyage or scheduled programme, due to severe weather, mechanical breakdown whilst at sea or for any other reason beyond the control of Maybe Sailing or any other person for whom Maybe Sailing is legally responsible.


Any change of voyage choice made at the request of voyage crew will incur an administration charge of £25 and will be subject to availability.

Tall Ship Blue Clipper offers comfortable and luxurious accommodation. There are 6 twin cabins with ensuite bathrooms and plenty of storage space. There is a 6 berth cabin with shared bathroom in the forepeak and 8 berths in the crew quarters.. There is also a luxurious owners suite with double bed, living area, and ensuite bathroom. There is a large saloon area which is bright and airy, a great place to relax with a good book. There is a large galley area, air conditioning to make hot summer days comfortable and heating for those colder winter days. There are plenty of seating areas on deck to relax and take in the sea air.

Accommodation
Tall Ship Maybe has the capacity for up to 18 crew members on each sailing voyage, which includes 2-4 permanent crew and 14 places for trainee crew members or 12 passengers. She has extensive comfortable accommodation below deck including five newly refurbished cabins, a large saloon/galley area. For the comfort of the crew, central heating has been installed to make even winter sailing a pleasure.

пишите письма - трогательные и воодушевлённые для/за ваших деток и вполне вероятно ещё и получить стипендию на перелёт и карманные расходы и пойти учиться на парусник.

и если тут кто-то из британии или германии (там тоже самое) -- то подтвердит - что те лиТца - нашли вы?фотки?-- "командиры парусников и команда -- должны быть и есть == полностью "подноготную" проверены в "....CRB -- .....checks, why they are required and how an individual can acquire a CRB disclosure for the purposes of employment where children.........The Data Protection Act gives you the right to find out what personal information the UK criminal justice system, including police forces, might hold about you....." -- вобщем это -- британия.

и знаете что -- штандарт не имеет никакой страны регистрации - поэтому и флаг своей страны носит. в которой она тоже не имеет регистрации.

голландский клуб в регистр внёс судно (как они сами утверждают, но не факт) -- просто как старинное судно. но это совсем другое - голландцы в тот регистр вносят все старинные судна, которые просто на берегу стоят, как музеи даже.

известно что один матрос на штандарте погиб.
а вы видели на фотках или видео штандарта "безопасные жилеты" и другое на команде?

много видео штандарта из доков - ремонта. вы там видели "технику безопасности" на людях?

понимаю что в каждой стране - разные правила...нофсётаки...
