Ну там в коментариях все пишут,что у всех стали каюты геренти как и у вас. И что заходят в подтверждение там Виртуоза , а потом переходят дальше и уже стает Грандиоза.
Причем есть те кому на февральский круиз сменили на Грандиозу. Но как бы так ведь и писали ,что с марта начнет Виртуоза.
Но бардак я так поняла сейчас еще тот на разных рынках. Можете перевести гуглом.
So I called the Canadian msc office about our December cruise. She said the ship isn’t sailing then and people started getting letters last week re cancellation. I told her someone in Spain was told the ship would be replaced with another. She put me on hold and when she came back she said she cannot find that anywhere and repeated it’s cancelled.
She looked up my booking and discovered I’d booked via the US site so said I’d have to talk to a US rep to get my refund. She was friendly and polite and transferred me.
The US rep said the ship will be ready on time and had never heard of the letters that apparently were sent to Canadians who booked. The US rep also said the ship won’t be replaced bc it will be ready on time.
Wish msc would communicate to all their offices the same thing.
Any Canadians on here get a letter?
